The Spiritus VITALITY Ventilator is a single mode pneumatic ventilator that was designed by NASA engineers in 2020 to specifically address the shortage of ventilators associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. The original design is FDA EUA approved and the ventilator is made in the USA. The VITALITY is made with readily available off-the-shelf parts from the U.S. and is designed to be simple to use, dependable, and low-cost. Spiritus Medical Inc. has ongoing NASA support with a worldwide NASA license. Our extensive international connections allow quick and efficient distributorship and delivery of the ventilators. Additionally, we have flexible manufacturing capabilities, with the ability to increase ventilator production to over 200 units per day, if necessary.
