Capebio™ SARS-CoV-2 Multiplex RT-qPCR Kit is an RT-qPCR test intended for the qualitative detection of RNA from the SARS-CoV-2 in nasopharyngeal, and oropharyngeal swab specimens. Testing is limited to accredited laboratories, adhering to international criteria set out according to relevant ISO Standards, Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) protocols.  All SARS-Cov-2 target genes are amplified at the same time in one tube/reaction. The product/kit comes with internal control oligos (human RNase P) and external positive controls samples to assess amplification quality.
