General description:

Zhendre Walk-in type freezer room, mono block, 20m3 for storage of
vaccines at national and sub-national levels.

External dimensions: L=4300 x W=2300 x H=2775 mm

Technical specifications:

Prefabricated Freezer room, walk-in, mono block, supplied with all
necessary mechanical and electrical fittings and equipment for quick and
easy installation in the field.

The unit is designed to operate from a mains supply of 400V/3/50Hz+N+T
+/-10% with a dual refrigeration unit, each refrigeration unit is sized
to give 100% stand-by capacity designed to operate at -20°C in a maximum
ambient of 43°C. Units operating from a mains supply of 220V/3/60Hz
+/-10% are available as option, please confirm the power rating during
the time of ordering for this option.

With over current / over voltage protection, circuit breaker 4P - 16A D
curve + Vigi earth leakage add-on - 4P- 30mA AC type.

Each refrigeration unit is equipped with multifunction voltage control
relay with over voltage and under voltage.

The complete unit is also designed for installation in a housed area
such as a warehouse in order to meet temperature design standards and to
protect the equipment from elements.

has a general control panel provides automatic permutation between the
refrigeration units every 7 days to balance their wear-is fitted with

with sealants for air tightening the cut outs between monobloc units,
pipes and wall panel.

Temperature control:

The thermostat is calibrated to ITS-90 and accuracy is ± 0.5°C.

Internal temperature: -20°C adjustable.

Electrical safety rating:

Complies with Directive (2006/42/CE), Directive on electromagnetic
compatibility (2014-30-UE), Low tension directive (2014/35/UE), Pressure
Equipment directive (2014/68/UE).

Panel Insulation:

CFC-free sandwich panels with steel faces and polyurethane foam, Class
B-s2, d0.

Insulation thickness: 150 mm with U-value of 0.15 W/m2K.

Wall and roof panel construction:

Constitution of wall and roof panels: smooth galvanized metal plate
5/10ths with polyester lacquer 25µm.

Hot galvanized Z225 steel S280GD (225g/m² of zinc for 2 sides),
thickness 5/10.

Facing (according EN10169 and XO P 31-301): paint of average 25µm.

The continuity of the vapour-barrier is ensured between each panel by
polyurethane seals positioned along the panel edges and on each side.

A pressure relief valve either on the roof or wall of the freezer room.

Floor construction:

The top side of floor is a phenolic resin with anti-skid hexagonal
shape.

Floor construction conforms to “Type A” loading requirements as per WHO
PQS:E001/CR-FR01.4.

Door construction:

Thickness: 120 mm

Opening width: 1000mm.

Opening height: 2200mm.

U value of the door panels: 0.17 W/m2K.

Foam insulation complies with the Temperature zone for the site of the
freezer room and should contain fire-retardant.

Shelving:

Room is equipped with shelving structure (rails+uprights) Anodized
Aluminium (Class 15) equipped with removable shelf inserts.

Shelves have 460mm depth and are 1800mm high, 5 levels, the top face of
the lowest shelf is at 226mm above the floor.

Maximum weight loading is 90kg/level & 450kg between 2 uprights.

Lighting:

Room is equipped with low-energy LED luminaires with an external switch
and pilot light.

The minimum level of illumination on the vertical side of the lowest
shelves: 150 lux.

Alarm System:

A mains-operated audible and visible alarm in the event of mains failure
or when room temperatures are outside set limits.

With battery backup and automatic recharge.

Supplied with remotely located repeater alarm sounders and flasher units
is supplied with 15m of wire.

Temperature Monitoring System:

A gas pressure thermometer with capillary tube, complying with PQS
E006/TH02.

opening (with the door leaf removed if necessary).

Weight:

Component elements of the room enclosure and component elements of the
refrigeration unit(s) are capable of being manhandled safely into their
final positions.

Refrigerant gas R452A (CFC-free) comply with the requirements of the
Montreal Protocol.

The casing and/or the compressor body of each refrigeration unit will
carry a permanent label clearly identifying the refrigerant used in
letters not less than 10mm high.

Warranty:

To be covered by a 2 years warranty in the event of any component
failure arising from defective design, materials or workmanship.

Instructions:

Assembly, operation, technical drawings, wiring diagrams, maintenance
and repair manuals in English & French or Spanish shall be provided.
Upon request, instructions shall be in one of the UN languages most
appropriate to the installation site; Arabic, English, French, Mandarin
Chinese, Russian or Spanish.

Special requirement for compressor during the transportation:

Compressor is equipped with shock absorber to prevent them from
potential damage during transport.

terms and general conditions Comply to WHO PQS E001/CR-FR01.4 and
