The PathoDetectTM HAV/HEV RT PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for detecting hepatitis A virus (HAV) and hepatitis E virus (HEV) in environmental samples.
The kit has all components of nucleic acid extraction and PCR amplification to perform sample-to-result analysis. PathoDetectTM Real-time RTPCR (qRT PCR) Protocol is designed for an in vitro detection of HAV and HEV RNA in one go. Prepare the process of viral nucleic acid extraction protocol then proceed to real-time PCR protocol following the instruction given in the kit.
