The 96-Well Instrument Verification RNase P kit is used to validate the performance of the Applied Biosystems® Real Time PCR Systems with the 96-Well Block. The 96-Well Instrument Verification RNase P kit must demonstrate the ability to distinguish between 5,000 and 10,000 genomic equivalents with a 99.7% confidence level for a subsequent sample run in a single well. To ensure accurate results, Applied Biosystems® recommends that the performance of your instrument be verified every six months.
